The 2023 China Arbitration Summit & The 3rd Belt and Road Arbitration Institutions Forum (Summit) will be held on 6 September 2023 in Beijing, China. Being the flagship event of the China Arbitration Week, the Summit is co-hosted by China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) and All China Lawyers Association (ACLA), and supported by dispute resolution institutions and international organizations worldwide.

The Summit will focus on the theme of “International Arbitration Riding on the New Wave of Sci-Tech Revolution and Industrial Transformation”, inviting global legal experts to have dialogues on topical issues in international arbitration, share practical experiences and new achievements, and look into the future of international dispute resolution in the new era. Meanwhile, as this year marks the 10th anniversary of the Belt and Road Initiative, the 3rd Belt and Road Arbitration Institutions Forum will be held concurrently, so as to contribute to the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative.

The Summit will be a one-day event. Simultaneous interpretation between English and Chinese will be provided. The Summit will be livestreamed across the world, with its main venue in Beijing, China.
